About Tanzania

Tanzania is home to the incredible Mount Kilimanjaro, Lake Victoria and many more man-made and natural wonders! Our Kilimanjaro challenge will take you up the Machame route for the experience of a life time. Kilimanjaro is the world's tallest free standing Mountain as it stands about 4,900 metres from its base, and 5,895 metres above sea level! With its amazing wildlife scenery, and tropical paradise of Zanzibar, Tanzania offers a diverse travelling experience. In fact, Tanzania has the largest concentration of wildlife animals per square kilometre!

The Serengeti Safari will be an incredible insightful experience to see the animals in their natural habitat and should be a must see while in Tanzania! Want to see more? Lake Victoria, Lake Natron and the Ngorongoro conservation area are many more spectacular wildlife scenes!

Tanzania has a very mixed culture, predominantly Swahili with an Arab/African mix and Tribes that tend to inhabit in rural areas including the Maasai. Tanzania is one of the must-see countries of the world, and some of the sights and attractions feature on many peoples’ ‘bucket list.’ The chance to immerse yourself in this fascinating and stunning country is not one to pass up, and volunteering with the Tanzanian communities while you are there will make the whole experience even more memorable and worthwhile.
