As a Challenge Leader, you will help to recruit, prepare, and support your team throughout the Challenge. This will include promoting the Challenge to fellow students, organising team socials, planning group fundraising events, and providing peer-to-peer support during the Challenge.

So, what’s in it for you?
- Training and mentorship: You will have a dedicated Challenges Abroad mentor who will provide guidance and training through regular one-to-one meetings. You will also be invited to attend at least 3 training days, where you will develop skills in recruitment, fundraising, and leadership.
- Personal skills development: Through these sessions, you will not only develop transferable skills but you will also discover a newfound confidence as you apply these skills to your role as a Challenge Leader.
- Challenge Leader Incentive: As a Challenge Leader, you will be rewarded for every student who joins you on the Challenge.

- 5 students: £500 off your fundraising target
- 6-10 students: additional £100 per student off your fundraising target
- 11-15 students: additional £150 per student off your fundraising target
- 15 students or more: Challenges Abroad will refund your registration fee
